The Westampton Township Police Department, 710 Rancocas Road, Westampton Township, New Jersey 08060, is accepting applications for the positions of Police Officer and Class II Special Law Enforcement Officer. Applicants must possess either a PTC Basic Police Officer Certification or Class II Special Law Enforcement Officer Certification. Application forms may be picked up at Police Headquarters between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:30am – 12:30pm on Friday beginning Monday, May 13, 2013 and ending Friday, May, 17, 2013. Telephone, fax or email requests will not be accepted. The Township of Westampton is an equal opportunity employment agency. All successful candidates must pass physical agility, psychological, medical and drug screening tests.
On June 1, 2013, Westampton Township will begin enforcement of our Stormwater Regulations and our Brush, Grass and Weeds Ordinances.
No branches, brush, limbs or other material may be placed in the paved street for pickup. All of these items which are placed out for chipping, MUST be placed behind the curbline. They may no longer be placed in the street.
No mulch, stone or other yard landscaping material may be placed in the street at any time. These materials must be stored in your driveway or your yard.
These ordinances will be strictly enforced effective June 1, 2013.
