If you are issued a traffic summons (ticket) you may do the following:

If "court appearance required" box is not highlighted/checked on your summons and the violation is payable without the necessity of a court appearance, you may plead guilty and pay the fine online (www.njmcdirect.com), by mail (check or money order made out to Westampton Municipal Court) or by visiting the violations window in the lobby of the Westampton Township Municipal Building, 710 Rancocas Rd., Westampton, NJ and paying the fine in person. The fine must be paid by the "pay by date" ( printed eticket) or by the "court date" under notice to appear on written paper tickets or additional fines may be assessed and a warrant for your arrest may be issued.
If you wish to plead not guilty to the violation, you must contact the Westampton Municipal Court by notifying them via phone (609-267-1895), by mail or in person at the Westampton Township Municipal Building, 710 Rancocas Rd., Westampton, NJ at least 7 days prior to your "pay by date" or "court appearance required" date printed/written on your ticket.
